Cornerstone Medical Clinic is growing and seeking candidates for Certified Medical Assistant.

Cornerstone Medical Clinic is looking for an experienced Nationally Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in a medical clinic performing similar duties in Primary Care/Family Medicine as well as working with an EHR. Candidates should be positive and energetic, communicate clearly (in both verbal and written form), complete work independently within a team structure, and have the ability to multi-task. A successful candidate will have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Duties include:

Greeting patients as they come for their appointments, rooming them and collecting vitals, reason for visit, medications, and histories. Completing all items on the Rooming Checklist.

Accurately relaying critical information from patients (in office and on the phone) to the provider

Working in a team environment to provide excellent patient care

Scheduling appointments, referrals, and follow-ups as needed

Assuring all documentation and paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner

Consistent and timely communication with patients, labs, and referrals.

This is a part-time, Monday and Tuesday position with opportunities to cover additional shifts.

Pay:  $17 -$21/hr DOE
